Wrap Around Labeling Machine

Description:

Having user friendly design ensure easy handing, the offered Automatic Vertical Sticker Labeling Machine is mainly used for full or partial wrap around labeling on various size of round containers. With ability for labeling up to 150 containers per minutes, this machine is equipped with roller spacing device for simple operation.  

Operation:

Containers are fitted on conveyor, the offered machine is released at equal distance in order to make space between two containers with the aid of roller spacing device. In this machine, an electronics sensor senses container & releases a label from self adhesive label roll at the labeling point. Equipped with batch printing device prints the batch no and other information on label, this container moves on conveyor and picks the released label. In order to ensure neat & perfect fixing of label, the labeled container moves through stationary rubber pad and rubber pressing belt.
